Monday Magazine
Monday is Victoria's premier weekly. Feisty and irreverent, it's all about what’s happening in BC’s capital city.
In the past, Monday’s style of investigative journalism broke stories that impacted BC politics. Well, that’s the past. Over the years and especially since Victoria’s own media mogul grabbed onership, the feisty Monday beast has been tamed. Most people now read it for its events calaedar and extensive arts and entertainment coverage.
I did a fair amount of writing for Monday until the publisher cut back drastically on the freelance budget. Oh well…
Here's some articles I wrote for Monday:
- Can We Really Stop Global Warming?
January 25, 2007 - Spare Some Time To Save The World?
July 27, 2006 - Scientists warn about offshore development
May 8, 2002 - 101 Ways To Slightly Delay The Wrath To Come
April 25, 2002 - Possible oil exploration raises environmental concerns
January 9, 2002 - On Golden Points
